Key Responsibilities:

- Machine Operation:

- Operate paper bag manufacturing machinery according to standard operating procedures.
- Set up, adjust, and calibrate machines to ensure proper functioning.
- Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain optimal machine speed and feed rates to meet production targets.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during production and implement solutions promptly.
- Quality Control:

- Conduct regular quality checks on paper bags to ensure they meet specifications.
- Monitor raw material usage and make adjustments to maintain product quality.
- Implement quality assurance procedures to minimize defects and waste.
- Collaborate with quality assurance team to address any quality concerns and implement improvements.
- Maintenance and Repair:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and report any mechanical problems or maintenance needs promptly.
- Coordinate with maintenance technicians to schedule repairs and minimize downtime.
- Keep work area clean and organized to facilitate efficient operations.
- Safety Compliance:

- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure its proper use.
- Participate in safety training programs and promote a culture of safety among team members.
- Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
- Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate production records, including machine settings, downtime, and production output.
- Complete required paperwork, such as production reports and quality control logs.
- Provide regular updates to supervisors on production progress and any issues encountered.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a paper bag machine operator.
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting paper bag manufacturing machinery.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
