About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Risk Governance Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing enterprise-wide governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:- Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate potential risks.
- Compliance Reviews: Conduct regular compliance reviews and audits to identify areas of improvement and ensure adherence to established frameworks.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with global teams and senior stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on risk and compliance matters.
- Incident Response: Develop and implement incident response plans to address potential risks and minimize their impact.
- Education: Qualified CA or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in risk control management, governance, risk and compliance, ESG reporting, and compliance frameworks across multiple regions.
- Skills: Strong understanding of enterprise risk management, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
