Job Title: Quantitative Aptitude Trainer

Job Description:

At our institution, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced trainer to educate students in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability. The role involves preparing students for campus placements, competitive exams, and enhancing their overall problem-solving skills.

  • Develop and Deliver Engaging Sessions
  • Prepare lesson plans, practice exercises, and mock tests to evaluate students' performance.
  • Support and Guide Students
  • Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide personalized support where needed.
  • Track students' progress through assessments and share feedback for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, question trends, and training methodologies.
  • Collaborate with the placement/training team to ensure students are placement-ready.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong Command Over Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and English Language
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and make sessions interactive.
  • Problem-solving mindset with patience to mentor diverse learners.
  • Familiarity with competitive exams (CAT, GRE, GMAT, Banking, SSC, Campus Placements, etc.) is an advantage.
