Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement advanced automated trading strategies with short holding periods and high turnover.
  • Develop and deploy alpha-seeking strategies and market making techniques.
  • Conduct thorough back-testing and analysis of trading performance.
  • Drive the advancement of existing research initiatives and explore new avenues for quantitative research and trading.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in High Frequency Trading (HFT) with at least 2 years of live HFT experience.
  • Exceptional track record of profitability with outstanding sharpe ratios.
  • Strong mathematical and statistical aptitude, with proficiency in C++ or C programming.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with exposure to high-frequency trading or startup environments.
  • Proficiency in using Python, R, or Matlab for statistical/data analysis of HFT tick data.
  • Degree in a highly analytical field, such as Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science.
