This role is for an experienced Trader who will manage firm capital using systematic, semi-systematic, or high-performing discretionary strategies.

You'll be expected to trade multiple products, not just single contracts, and take full responsibility for pricing, execution, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate positive cash flow on a consistent basis with strict risk discipline.
  • Maintain risk exposure within firm parameters through effective Portfolio & Risk Management.
  • Continuously analyse and adjust strategies based on market conditions and real-time performance data for Performance Optimization.
  • Develop new strategies by researching and building systematic or semi-systematic approaches.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years experience as a buy side trader in futures at a proprietary trading firm, hedge fund, family office.
  • Demonstrated success in managing profitable trading strategies with risk-adjusted returns.
  • Strong understanding of risk controls, money management, order management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Firm accountability for trading decision-making, PnL, and drawdowns.
  • Ability to adapt to different markets and trade contracts with various underlying assets.
  • Consistency, structured decision-making, and strict risk discipline.
