Lead Data-Driven Projects

The Analytics Delivery Lead is a pivotal role in the organization, responsible for spearheading the delivery of AI/ML projects and guiding cross-functional teams.

  • Achieve domain expertise in news publishing clients by advising on data-driven strategies across editorial planning, newsroom automation, and audience analytics.
  • Oversee the delivery of AI/ML projects including Gen AI, NLP, personalization, content tagging, and recommendation systems.
  • Mentor and manage cross-functional teams of up to 25 members across onshore and offshore locations.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to define KPIs, use cases, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Promote innovation in real-time analytics, newsroom intelligence, and digital content performance.
  • Support pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal development for media analytics engagements.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering, Data Science, Media Technology, or related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in analytics delivery, with proven work in news publishing, media, and digital content ecosystems.
  • Deep understanding of newsroom operations, CMS platforms, audience development, and digital monetization models.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with Gen AI platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face) and LLM-based applications.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
