Job Overview:

The role of Head of Real Estate is a strategic position that involves developing and implementing investment models, collaborating with market players to optimize investments.

  • Developing and implementing effective investment strategies to enhance returns on investment.
  • Collaborating with local stakeholders and government bodies to ensure support for the expansion of our Fulfillment Centers.
  • Maintaining regular communications with various business owners, including local and central finance managers, IT, legal, operations, facilities, and engineering representatives.
  • Managing landlord relations, negotiations, and contractor management, addressing any issues beyond daily activity.
  • Altering and reducing Fix costs (all building-related expenses) will be a key area of focus.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and implementation of strategic investment models to drive business growth.
  2. Collaborate with local stakeholders to secure necessary support and approvals for the expansion of our Fulfillment Centers.
  3. Communicate regularly with business owners, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
  4. Manage landlord relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee contractor performance.
  5. Reduce Fix costs through process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
