Job Title: Program Director

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage software development projects within an agile framework, ensuring seamless coordination of resources and efficient delivery.
  • Define project scope, aligning business goals with technical requirements, and ensure effective risk management.
  • Assess and allocate necessary resources for software development, guaranteeing their optimal utilization.
  • Estimate project effort, guiding teams in overcoming obstacles and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Utilize project management tools such as MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Asana, and others to track progress, assign tasks, and achieve project objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable.
  • Agile certification is advantageous.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience in managing projects throughout their full lifecycle.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high levels of resourcefulness.
