Data Analysis and Enterprise Data Warehouse Expert

We are seeking an experienced data professional to analyze existing ETL workflows, identify gaps, optimize performance, and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of banking data systems. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze existing ETL workflows and identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimize performance and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5–10 years of experience in ETL workflow analysis, data analysis, and data warehousing.
  • Strong expertise in SQL and working with large-scale datasets.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, DataStage, Talend, or similar).
  • Knowledge of banking systems, financial data models, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to identify data gaps, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance in ETL pipelines.
  • Experience in source system and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) data analysis to ensure high data quality standards.
  • Strong collaboration skills with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Work Arrangement

The ideal candidate will be required to work on a Middle-East calendar from Sunday to Thursday, with Fridays and Saturdays off. The candidate must also be flexible for short-term onsite travel to Riyadh based on project requests.
