About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Operations Specialist to oversee our online assets, enhancing marketing effectiveness and driving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and refine technical specifications from cross-functional teams
  • Manage website (WordPress), micro-sites, and landing pages (custom CMS and Contentful)
  • Optimize assets for core web vitals, scalability, and validate user inputs
  • Maintain change logs and documentations
  • Anticipate operational and tactical risks, offering strategic solutions
  • Collaborate with the global product marketing team on best practices execution
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies/industry trends, applying them to operations and activities
  • Coordinate and maintain marketing webinars, providing live back-end support during sessions
  • Maintain workflows by coordinating with cross-functional departments across time zones

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Applications or relevant experience
  • 4+ years of front-end development experience
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and APIs; knowledge of PHP is a plus
  • Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, web functions, and standards
  • Basic knowledge of SEO requirements is a plus
  • Exceptional project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Able to develop ideas, focusing on details and the big picture
  • Flexibility working across multiple time zones is essential
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and understanding of the marketing funnel
