Job Title: Fabrication Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Daily Fabrication Plans: Create daily fabrication plans that align with production schedules, ensuring timely completion.
  • Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure adherence to welding, fit-up, and dimensional quality standards, guaranteeing excellence in every fabrication process.
  • Optimize Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate manpower, manage welding consumables, and oversee fabrication tools to maximize productivity.
  • Foster a Culture of Efficiency: Encourage a culture of productivity, minimize rework, and reduce delays to meet business objectives.
  • E nsure Timely Clearances and Material Traceability: Guarantee timely WPS, NDT clearances, and material traceability, maintaining accurate records throughout the fabrication process.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of fabricated valves, ASME standards, and welding symbols, staying up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Demonstrate strong leadership skills and hands-on supervision abilities, mentoring team members to achieve their full potential.
