Highly Skilled MEP Planning Manager


Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead our engineering and design team. This critical leadership role involves overseeing the end-to-end design process across all MEP disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multi-disciplinary MEP design activities across industrial projects.
  • Oversee generation and release of coordinated GFC/IFC drawings aligned with BOQs and site-specific requirements.
  • Manage a team of Draftsmen and Design Engineers covering HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and process utilities.
  • Implement and enforce drawing standards, design version control, and internal approval protocols.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience in leading multidisciplinary MEP design teams across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D mandatory; 3D a plus).
  • Familiarity with relevant codes and standards.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
