Job Opportunity

As a senior IT business analyst, you will collaborate with global teams to build and evolve systems that maximize data-driven decision making.

You will work closely with stakeholders and peers to identify requirements and user stories, write acceptance criteria, and test scenarios. The candidate will be seen as an expert in SAP sales, distribution, price management, rebates, and SAP's connection to other pricing and quoting systems.

  • Engage with leaders to understand how strategies can improve efficiencies and add value.
  • Work with data sets to define use cases to improve products, processes, or services.
  • Collaborate with Business Relationship Manager (BRM), stakeholders, and IT Product Owners/Managers to develop business requirements for product or system changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business agenda during solution delivery process.
  • Develop recommendations to solve business problems by analyzing data and trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Functional skills: ability to analyze data and trends, knowledge of pricing, contracting concepts, rebates, and related.
  • Additional skills: problem-solving, detail-oriented, cross-functional collaboration, customer service, process improvement, communication, understanding of systems, software, and technological concepts, familiarity with data analysis tools and data modeling methodologies.
