About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Lead Security Engineer to join our growing Information Security & Compliance team. This role plays a key part in building and embedding a Secure Systems Development Lifecycle (S-SDLC) program across the organization, aligned with global security frameworks.



Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive S-SDLC Program tailored to organizational risk management and compliance frameworks.
  • Provide governance, oversight, and regular reporting to senior leadership, CISO, and development teams.
  • Perform design/architecture reviews, threat modeling, and secure coding assessments across applications and systems.
  • Act as a consultant, disseminating application security expertise across development teams.
  • Research emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Lead demonstrations and integrations of application security testing tools.
  • Integrate application security processes into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Manage application vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and GRC platform integrations.
  • Perform security assessments for web applications, APIs, and mobile applications.
  • Develop and maintain security documentation, strategies, and procedures.


Required Skills & Experience
  • Hands-on experience with Static, Dynamic, Interactive, and API security testing tools.
  • Expertise in design/architecture review and threat modeling to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Strong knowledge of Encryption, Certificate & Key Management (KMS, CM, HSM) with practical experience in cloud-native security services.
  • Experience in web services (API) security reviews, mobile app testing, and CI/CD integration.
  • Proficiency in coding with at least one language: .NET, J2EE, Python, C++.
  • Knowledge of cryptographic tools, microservices architecture, operating system & network security concepts.
  • Understanding of malware, emerging threats, and vulnerability management.
