AI Assurance Leadership Opportunity

We are expanding our solutions at the intersection of AI and governance, risk management, and compliance. Our team works directly with regulators, standards bodies, and highly regulated industries to set the benchmark for trustworthy AI.

This role requires a senior engineer or exceptional graduate/post-doctoral researcher with significant experience in AI and machine learning. The individual will shape architecture, lead delivery, and collaborate with our responsible AI specialists and regulatory experts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architecture & Build:
    • Define and lead the architecture of new systems, integrating open-source AI testing and assurance libraries into deployable frameworks.
    • Deliver lightweight, portable solutions in cloud environments.
  • AI Model Testing:
    • Build and rigorously test models against fairness, robustness, explainability, and governance principles.
    • Implement reproducible pipelines for evaluation, benchmarking, and reporting.
  • Collaboration & Growth:
    • Partner with global responsible AI leaders who have shaped EU AI Act, OECD AI Principles, and FCA guidance.
    • Translate complex governance and compliance requirements into practical, engineering-led solutions.

This foundational leadership role combines stability with equity participation. Ideal candidates possess a proven track record in building, training, and evaluating AI/ML models, as well as strong proficiency in Python and modern ML/AI libraries.
