Key Data Insights Specialist

A vital role that requires a unique blend of analytical expertise, healthcare industry knowledge, and a passion for improving patient outcomes through data-driven insights.

  • Collect, organize, and analyze data related to product performance (e.g., APRs) and patient complaints.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility for further analysis.
  • Apply statistical software and data visualization tools to interpret and present findings.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights from large datasets to support decision-making.

We are seeking a highly skilled and diligent data analyst with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret complex data sets.

Technical Competencies:

  • Data Cleaning - Ensuring data integrity by identifying and correcting errors, inconsistencies, and duplicates.
  • Database Management - Storing and organizing data in databases or data warehouses for easy access and analysis.
  • Diagnostics Analysis - Investigating root causes of issues, including recurring product defects or frequent complaints.
  • Visualization - Creating charts, graphs, and dashboards to clearly present data insights.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 0 to 3 years of experience with one or more analytic software tools or languages (e.g., SAS, SQL, Python).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality management systems is a plus.
  • Adaptable with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
