Job Description

As a healthcare data professional, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data to drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop insights that inform product development, marketing strategies, and operational improvements.

Our ideal candidate has a strong foundation in data analysis, statistics, and machine learning. They possess excellent communication skills and are able to effectively present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in SQL, Python, and advanced Excel
  • Working knowledge of databases and structures, governance and metadata standards including data architecture principles, ETL/ELT, etc.
  • Experience in Microsoft Azure preferred (Databricks, Synapse, Data Factory, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, healthcare related, or similar
  • Master's degree in a related field preferred
