Job Title: Senior Audit Lead
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our statutory audit engagements. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
About the Role:
- Lead and manage statutory audit engagements for clients across sectors.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Review financial statements, audit working papers, and supporting documentation.
- Identify and resolve accounting, auditing, and reporting issues.
- Coordinate with clients' management teams for smooth execution of audits.
- Guide and mentor junior team members and review their work.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting/auditing standards and regulatory frameworks.
Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in statutory audit.
- Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, Ind-AS, Companies Act, and audit methodologies.
- Experience with listed/unlisted companies preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and team management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments independently.
