Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our audit engagements. As a seasoned auditor, you will be responsible for planning and executing audits, reviews, and compilations to provide exceptional client service.

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the engagement, including staffing, planning, risk assessment, financial reporting, and conclusion. Additionally, you will provide supervision and support to the engagement staff, seniors, and supervisors, promoting open communication with the engagement partner.

Your expertise in auditing real estate, technology, and financial services clients is highly valued. You will collaborate with engagement team partners on client issue resolution and make recommendations for legal, regulatory, and accounting issues that arise during an audit engagement.

Multitasking is essential, as you will manage multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to efficiently meet client deadlines. Your analytical and technical skills, including familiarity with US GAAP, are crucial in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or Masters; CPA preferred.
  • At least 7-10 years of public accounting experience, with experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff.
  • Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including familiarity with US GAAP.
  • Exceptional client service and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client/internal relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects.
  • Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to represent the firm well to clients' management.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management skills, strong attention to detail, and proven innovative problem-solving skills.
