Senior Cloud Architect Opportunity

A leading global organization seeks an experienced Senior Cloud Architect to join their team. As a key member of the architecture team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions that meet the business needs of our clients.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in cloud computing, with a focus on Salesforce-based solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop technical designs, create proposals, and manage architectural approaches across multiple projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using Salesforce and other technologies.
  • Developing and managing technical designs, proposals, and architectural approaches for multi-project delivery.
  • Providing project management guidance and ownership of overall delivery for key projects.
  • Defining and managing architectural approach and standards across a team of architects and consultants.
  • Line managing a team of Solution Architects, ensuring they have sufficient knowledge, skills, and resources to deliver business objectives.
  • Defining targets and SMART objectives for Solutions Architects, monitoring and reporting on KPIs, and supporting the development of the Solutions Architects team through coaching, mentoring, and best practice sharing.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in cloud computing, with a focus on Salesforce-based solutions.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using Salesforce and other technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in line managing a team of Solution Architects.
  • Ability to define targets and SMART objectives for Solutions Architects, monitor and report on KPIs, and support the development of the Solutions Architects team.
