ServiceNow Workflow Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in workflow design and integration for the FMCG domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement ServiceNow workflows for SKU creation and product data management.
  • Integrate workflows with MDM platforms, specifically Informatica MDM and Stibo STEP.
  • Support and enhance Skelta BPM workflows to ensure seamless integration.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into workflow solutions that meet performance, scalability, and compliance standards.
  • Lead the workflow lifecycle, including design, testing, rollout, and support.
  • Conduct workshops, training, and demos for business teams to educate on best practices.
Required Skills:
  • 6–8 years of experience in workflow development and integration.
  • Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow workflow design and implementation.
  • Deep knowledge of the FMCG domain, including SKU lifecycle and product data management.
  • Proficiency in integrating workflows with Informatica MDM and Stibo STEP.
  • Experience in Skelta BPM workflow design and support.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
