Job Title: Transformation Delivery Leader - GBS Project Management

A dynamic opportunity to lead transformation projects and drive business growth with ConsultMeIn, a Global Business Services organization.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Delivery Leader to manage high-profile, complex projects within our GBS Project Management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successfully leading project management teams, facilitating cross-team planning, and promoting alignment and predictability through transparency and identification/coordination of dependencies and risks.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Execution (50%):
  • Support program, portfolio or project managers in administrative tasks enabling better delivery of the project.
  • Monitor, analyze and evaluate project performance (Cost, Quality and Time) in relation to agreed business case.
  • Report project performance to the program, portfolio or project manager and relevant stakeholders.
  • Collect all project status reports and arrange for appropriate management reporting.
  • Support the process of deploying project management best practices and lessons learned.
  • Analyze the portfolio development and report progress and issues back to the project manager and relevant stakeholders.
  • Take the first steps in leading/managing smaller projects.
  • Contribute/lead Project Management best practices contributions and PMO improvement initiatives.
  • Communication (25%):
  • Responsible for all project communications to leadership, the stakeholder community, and project team.
  • Proactively understand how and when to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
  • Leadership (15%):
  • Work under the guidance of Project, Program or Portfolio Manager in bigger programs and take the first steps in working independently in smaller projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring optimal information- and communication flow regarding project progress, issues, dependencies and risks.
  • Lead teams and manage stakeholders effectively through influence and engagement.
  • Efficiently identify and remove roadblocks to project execution.
  • Project Scoping (10%):
  • Build the required project structure including concept, oversight, communication, and the team.
  • Assist in creating Project Charter, facilitate definition of scope, and milestone deliverables inclusive of vendor related contracts.
  • Identify the scope activities and build projects milestone schedule.
Requirements:
  • At least 12 years of relevant experience with PMO, Project, Program or Portfolio management.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Business Administration, Engineering, or related Analytical field required.
  • Certification in either: PMP, PRINCE2, ScrumMaster, Lean Six Sigma is a strong plus.
  • Experience with business development, solution development, project/program management, and project delivery.
  • Experience with managing a performance/practice management team.
  • Experience with PPM tools, e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project, or any other is a plus.
  • Experience with IT, Software Implementation projects is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Change Management knowledge or experience a plus.
  • Flexibility to adjust to new demands with a sense of urgency. Must have the ability to embrace a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with rapid change.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with global teams while maintaining focus on outcomes and/or removing barriers.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, problem solving skills and attention to details.
  • A team player with energy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage others.
  • Highly proficient PC skills (specifically MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook required).
Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is ₹55,00,000 per annum (inclusive of fixed ₹35,00,000 and variable ₹20,00,000), commensurate with qualifications and experience.
