We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Head of Operations to oversee and optimize day-to-day operations and long-term organizational planning. This role is key in driving the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Manage and coordinate daily operations, including laboratory management, procurement, inventory, and vendor management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Provide scientific writing and import/export expertise as required
Requirements:
  • Pursue a PhD in Life Science or related discipline
  • Accumulate 8-12 years of experience in R&D management, product development, lab operations, procurement, inventory, and vendor management
  • Desirable: scientific writing (grants/articles) and import/export experience
Main Reports:

The role holder will report directly to the cofounders, and a team of four employees from the Operations team will report to this role holder.
