Network Security Process Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security Process Engineer to join our team.

This role is responsible for designing and implementing network security processes that ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Process Engineering Experience: 2 years of experience in process engineering, IT service management, or a related operational improvement role.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical thinking skills with an eye for detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • IT Security Knowledge: Familiarity with IT and network security concepts (e.g., firewalls, VPNs, proxies, NAC, endpoint security).
  • Documentation and Visualization: Ability to document and visualize processes using standard notations (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts, swimlanes).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
  • Adaptability and Proactivity: Proactive and adaptable mindset with enthusiasm for process optimization and operational excellence.
  • Knowledge of ITIL Processes: Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management) and other IT service management practices.
  • Certifications: Certifications in IT Security Standards (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, etc.) and Process Frameworks (ITIL, Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.
