Job Title: Built Environment Design Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Built Environment Design Specialist to join our dynamic building design practice in Bengaluru. This is a permanent, full-time role for someone with strong understanding of architectural documentation and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will work closely with talented professionals on various retail and commercial projects across Australia, United Kingdom, and New Zealand. They will be responsible for:

  • Developing concepts, plans, specifications, and detailed drawings using REVIT and AutoCAD software;
  • Liaising with internal and external clients to ensure successful project outcomes;
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  • Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other technicians to achieve project goals;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience working on retail and commercial projects, a relevant degree or qualification, and strong local construction knowledge. Fluency in REVIT and AutoCAD is essential, as well as excellent written and spoken communication skills.

This role requires a good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and a full driver's licence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Concept Development: Developing concepts, plans, specifications, and detailed drawings using REVIT and AutoCAD software;

  • Relationship Management: Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working on retail and commercial projects;
  • A relevant degree or qualification;
  • Strong local construction knowledge;
  • Fluency in REVIT and AutoCAD;
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
