Responsibilities:- Experience in IT infrastructure related field preferably within an outsourcing or managed services environment.
- Experience in Sterling file gateway SFG Sterling Integrator IBM Connect Express and IBM Connect Direct.
- Experience working in Production support Unix/Linux Business process creation and maintenance and Protocols: SFTP FTP FTPs HTTPS S3 Pest(good to have).
- Certificate renewals and Disaster Recovery for applications.
- Messaging & File Transfer team member responsible for managing services on Messaging and file transfer technologies.
- Effective and efficient management of MTS services to end users and application teams.
- Project management cost control budgets and optimization.
- Automation and best practices critical escalations and resolution.
- Independence proposal of ideas and global work.
- Infrastructure management and best practices Incident Change Request and Release Management.
- Vulnerability management Asset license and Capacity Management.
- Resiliency DR Process and BCP managing projects reporting timelines and publishing dashboards.
- Flexible to handle weekend activities as per requirements.
- 4-6 years of experience.
- Engineering graduate / MCA / Computer Science Graduate or PG.
As a Specialist Systems Engineer you will be responsible for managing messaging and file transfer services ensuring seamless communication between applications and end-users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design implement and maintain infrastructure solutions that meet business needs.
You will be expected to have expertise in IT infrastructure related fields preferably within an outsourcing or managed services environment. Additionally you will require experience in working with Sterling file gateway SFG Sterling Integrator IBM Connect Express and IBM Connect Direct.
Key responsibilities include experience in production support Unix/Linux business process creation and maintenance and protocols such as SFTP FTP FTPs HTTPS S3 and Pest. Certificate renewals and disaster recovery for applications are also crucial aspects of this role.
In terms of required skills you will need to be proficient in messaging and file transfer technologies managing services for end-users and application teams. Project management cost control budgets and optimization automation and best practices critical escalations and resolution independence proposal of ideas and global work infrastructure management and best practices incident change request and release management vulnerability management asset license and capacity management resiliency DR process and BCP managing projects reporting timelines and publishing dashboards.
Furthermore you should have 4-6 years of experience with a degree in engineering computer science or a related field.
