  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of customer challenges.
  • Tracking and documenting customer interactions and issues for continuous improvement.
  • Understanding the basics of API functionality and assisting clients with integration.
  • Troubleshooting API-related issues and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Liaising with the technical team for advanced API support.

You will also be responsible for working closely with the Customer Success team to improve customer satisfaction, providing regular updates on customer issues and resolutions, and contributing to process improvements and documentation.
