Optimizing Factory Performance

Instrumentation maintenance engineers play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of factory equipment. Their responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating instrumentation systems to prevent downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair complex instrumentation systems, including DCS panels, mass flow meters, temperature transmitters, pressure sensors, level transmitters, and load cell systems.
  • Perform routine calibration and validation of process field equipment to guarantee accuracy and reliability.
  • Implement Corrective and Preventive Action procedures to address equipment failures and prevent future issues.
  • Provide expert guidance to maintenance teams in resolving technical issues and developing effective preventive maintenance plans.

Requirements

  • Degree in Instrumentation or related field with 3-7 years of experience.
  • Proven expertise in equipment maintenance, maintenance engineering, and maintenance & repair.
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance techniques and instrument calibration methods.
