Job Description:

The role of a Costing and Plant Finance Manager is to oversee the financial management of plant operations, ensuring efficient cost control measures are in place. This involves preparing comprehensive financial reports, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include analyzing cost structures, implementing effective cost control measures, and tracking performance against targets. Additionally, they must ensure compliance with financial regulations, conduct regular audits, and implement corrective actions as needed.

The ideal candidate will have strong costing experience and knowledge of plant accounting, as well as data handling and process management expertise. They must also possess proven team leadership and collaboration skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and a detailed-oriented and analytical mindset.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • ICWA Qualified or Semi-Qualified / CMA Semi-Qualified - 5 years of experience in Costing and Financial Management
  • Strong costing experience and knowledge of plant accounting
  • Data handling and process management expertise
  • Proven team leadership and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to work with complex data sets
  • Detailed-oriented and analytical mindset
