Job Overview

The primary function of this role is to ensure the organization maintains a strong security posture by performing various tasks related to compliance certifications, continuous monitoring of controls, and operational security administration.

This position requires collaboration with distributed teams to develop and maintain security operations processes and documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience in technologies like Windows, antivirus, data loss prevention, firewalls, cloud platforms, and content filtering solutions.

  • Key responsibilities include providing compliance guidance to business units, supporting internal and external ISO assessments, developing security operations processes, and interacting with various security products and platforms.
  • The role also involves maintaining event collection environments, managing CEII compliance, and participating in customer audits and incident management activities.
  • Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for assisting with penetration testing, vulnerability management, risk management, vendor management, and governance of information security policies across the company.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must possess a strong background in IT with a minimum of 6 years of related experience in compliance and information security. They should be well-versed in technologies such as Windows, antivirus, data loss prevention, firewalls, cloud platforms, and content filtering solutions.

  • Desirable skills include proficiency in security tools and platforms, familiarity with IDS/IPS systems, endpoint antivirus, and EDR products, insider threat hunting, and analysis.
  • Experience with regular vulnerability and web application scanning methodologies, project management knowledge, and certification in relevant areas are considered advantageous.
