Senior Integration Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Integration Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT operations and infrastructure management, with expertise in SAP integration and cloud-based platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical operations execution of integration projects, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain processes for incident, request, problem, and change management, as well as supplier governance and financial management.
  • Collaborate with global teams to deliver integration solutions at enterprise scale, leveraging SRE concepts such as automation, monitoring/observability, and eliminating toil.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on technical operation role, requiring strong technology expertise in SAP integration and proficiency in running platform operations/engineering for SAP integration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth technical platform operations for SAP Integration Suite, including SAP BTP and SAP IS integration Cell hosted on Azure/Kubernetes. Key aspects of ITIL, SRE, and DevOps will be in scope.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field, with 5+ years of experience in IT operations and infrastructure management.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex integration projects, with expertise in SAP integration and cloud-based platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL, SRE, and DevOps principles, with ability to develop and maintain processes for incident, request, problem, and change management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with global teams.
