Job Title: Base24 Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Base24 EPS developer to join our team. As a seasoned professional in the field, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our payment systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payment transaction processing and a proven track record in developing, configuring, and supporting transaction processing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing, developing, and integrating ATM, POS, and payment switch systems to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Performing enhancements, customizations, and defect fixes in EPS modules to maintain high system availability and security.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including QA, infrastructure, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Base24 EPS development and support.
  • Strong experience with Tandem/HP NonStop (TACL, TAL, COBOL, C, SCOBOL, Pathway, Enscribe, SQL/MP).
  • Knowledge of payment transaction processing (ATM, POS, ISO8583, EMV).
  • Hands-on experience with XPNET, ACI tools, and BASE24-EPS modules.
  • Exposure to interfaces with networks (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, UPI, etc.).
  • Experience in system performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting.
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with HPE NonStop OSS environment.
  • Knowledge of Java, MQ, and APIs for system integrations.
  • Experience with testing and certification with payment networks.
  • Familiarity with digital payments, mobile wallets, and UPI ecosystem.
