Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned finance system expert to collaborate closely with our Finance team in refining financial processes, implementing ERP solutions, and crafting data-driven insights through Power BI dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside the Finance team to comprehend business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive Power BI dashboards for MIS, financial performance, and operational KPIs.
  • Lead or support ERP implementation projects and ensure seamless integration with finance processes.
  • Oversee finance system-related implementations and enhancements, ensuring adherence to internal controls.
  • Provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors or IT for resolution.
  • Document workflows, processes, and technical specifications.
  • Train Finance team members on new tools, reports, and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, and reporting solutions.
  • Expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization, report automation).
  • Proven track record in ERP implementation (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / similar).
  • Knowledge of finance system implementations and integration with accounting processes.
  • Good understanding of financial reporting, MIS, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.
