Technical Delivery Manager – Cloud Solutions

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of cloud-native and enterprise applications. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in .NET and Microsoft Azure, as well as excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of multiple .NET and Azure-based projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and adherence to set standards.
  • Providing technical guidance on solution architecture, cloud adoption, API integrations, and application modernization.
  • Defining and managing delivery roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Mentoring development teams on best practices for .NET Core, microservices, REST APIs, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Azure SQL, and Identity management.
  • E nsuring adherence to security, compliance, and performance best practices in Azure cloud environments.
  • Collaboration with solution architects and product owners to align delivery with business and technical requirements.
  • Management of Agile/Scrum ceremonies and driving a culture of DevOps, CI/CD, and automation within delivery teams.
  • Monitoring delivery KPIs, tracking risks/issues, and providing executive-level reporting.
  • Management of vendor/partner engagements for cloud and third-party integrations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 12+ years of IT project/program delivery experience with at least 3+ years in a technical delivery management role.
  • Strong hands-on background in .NET / .NET Core, C#, and Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
  • Proven track record in delivering enterprise-grade applications using Azure services.
  • Familiarity with containerization, DevOps pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, microservices, and API-first design.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
