Technical Learning Specialist

This role is focused on developing and executing internal learning programs on the Business Process Management team.

  • The ideal candidate will collaborate with management, product managers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design, develop, facilitate, execute, and measure technical learning programs that support business strategies.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Content Creation: Developing training content and facilitating a 'world-class' training experience.
  • Program Development: Designing, developing, facilitating, executing, and measuring technical learning programs that align with business objectives.
  • Training Delivery: Utilizing various methods such as WebEx webinars, Teams, classroom facilitation, virtual learning, and eLearning using Articulate 360 and Camtasia.
  • Evaluation: Assessing program effectiveness using relevant metrics and correlating metrics with learning objectives.
  • Research and Implementation: Researching and implementing competitive learning methodologies, delivery methods, and technologies that boost adult learning engagement and retention.

To be successful in this role, you should have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Additionally, knowledge of Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), Salesforce (Service Cloud), Webex, Camtasia, and SharePoint is preferred. Excellent facilitation skills, attention to detail, sense of urgency, and consistent follow-through are highly critical for this position.
