Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a People Analytics Intern. This role offers the opportunity to blend data analysis, business strategy, and HR process improvement, making it an ideal fit for those who enjoy working with numbers and driving business outcomes.

In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR and business data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement. You will also build and maintain dashboards and reports for employee performance, experience, and retention using tools like Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and SQL.

As a People Analytics Intern, you will partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend data-driven solutions that align people strategies with business objectives. Your ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner will be essential in driving business decisions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong foundation in Excel (SQL skills a plus)
  • Experience building data models, creating interactive dashboards, and automating HR reports in Power BI/Tableau
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and generate actionable recommendations
  • Strong communication skills to translate technical data findings into clear, executive summaries
