Chief Testing Specialist

The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer is a key member of our QA team responsible for overall testing activities, approaches, and strategies. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and maintaining comprehensive testing documents to ensure complete test coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage testing plans, test cases, and test reports to guarantee thorough test execution.
- Supervise the execution of various testing types (functional, integration, end-to-end, performance, etc.).
- Facilitate regular QA team meetings and participate in triage calls.
- Collaborate with the development team during sprint planning and daily stand-ups in Agile environments.
- Monitor risks and deliverables to maintain agreed scope, schedule, and quality standards.
- Communicate with project managers to report and escalate relevant testing issues and challenges.
- Provide accurate effort and estimates for testing activities when required.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in Software QA.
- Strong client-facing skills.
- Proficiency in bug tracking and test management tools like JIRA / AzureDevops.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Familiarity with Agile testing methodologies and best practices.
- Automation & Accessibility experience would be beneficial.
