Job Title: Oracle HCM Time & Absence Specialist

Duration: One Year Contract

Experience: 10+ Years

Location: Pan India Remote

We seek an experienced expert in Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Absence modules to lead implementation configuration and ongoing management of these systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of business processes as well as experience with Oracle HCM Cloud upgrade patch application cycles.

This role acts as the liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure optimal system configuration aligned with organizational policies and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain Oracle Time and Absence modules including Time Cards Absence Types Time Entry Rules Approval Hierarchies Work Schedules.
  • Design implement time attendance solutions aligned with organizational needs compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR Payroll IT teams to integrate Oracle Time & Absence with other Oracle HCM modules third-party systems.
  • Lead testing efforts including unit testing system integration testing user acceptance testing UAT.
  • Troubleshoot resolve issues related to time absence configuration functionality.
  • Develop training materials conduct training sessions for end-users HR teams.
  • Stay updated on Oracle HCM Time & Absence module enhancements industry best practices.
  • Support change management activities provide post-implementation support.
