We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused IT professional to join our technology team.

The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with exceptional communication skills, ensuring seamless IT operations while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) and Intune for secure access and device management.
  • Configure and support Azure Single Sign-On integrations for streamlined authentication.
  • Collaborate with the Security team to implement and maintain Microsoft Security Stack and enterprise-wide security protocols.
  • Manage patch updates, compliance, preventative maintenance, and optimization to ensure business continuity.

Migrate and Modernize Your Infrastructure

Lead and execute Windows, email, and cloud migrations to enhance efficiency and scalability. Design, implement, and support enterprise infrastructure solutions to meet business needs.

  • Manage upgrades, performance optimization, and capacity planning to ensure high-performing systems.

Provide Exceptional Customer Service

Provide L1–L3 support across systems, networks, and databases, leading helpdesk operations to resolve issues promptly and minimize disruption.

  • Act as a trusted IT partner for teams and clients, delivering clear, professional, and timely communication.
  • Handle day-to-day IT queries for globally distributed users with a strong customer-service approach.

Streamline IT Operations

Conduct system monitoring, reporting & auditing to identify areas for improvement. Implement automation to streamline IT processes and enhance efficiency. Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Graph API, Power Automate) for provisioning, reporting, and lifecycle management.

  • Implement monitoring and alerting for proactive issue resolution.
  • Create playbooks and documentation for Ops and Support teams.

Design and Deploy Teams Environment

Lead the architecture, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft Teams (including Teams Rooms, Teams Phone/Voice, and Teams Live Events). Integrate Teams with Microsoft 365 services and third-party apps to enhance collaboration.

  • Configure and manage Teams policies, compliance, governance, and lifecycle management.

Voice and Collaboration Engineering

Implement and manage Teams Phone System, Direct Routing, and Calling Plans. Configure SBCs (Session Border Controllers) and ensure PSTN integration. Oversee Teams meeting rooms and devices to optimize user experience.
