International Voice Process Specialist

The role of an International Voice Process Specialist involves coordinating the entire BPO process from start to finish.

  • Responsibilities include communicating with real estate agents, clients, and internal teams to gather necessary information.
  • Assigning BPO requests to qualified agents is also a key aspect of this position.
  • Tracking progress and ensuring timely completion of assignments is crucial.
  • Addressing discrepancies or issues identified in BPO reports requires effective collaboration with agents.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to BPO assignments is essential.
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for clients and Real Estate Agents/Brokers regarding BPO inquiries, updates, and status reports is also required.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in International voice process (US)
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in the field

Work Environment: This role is based in Chennai, and the candidate should be willing to work from the office location.
