Job Title:

Drive Operational Excellence in International Voice Processes

Job Description

A seasoned professional is required to spearhead operational excellence for international voice processes. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement, ensuring seamless transactions and exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Conduct thorough analysis to identify areas of improvement
  • Design and execute strategic initiatives to drive results
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in a BPO, preferably in international voice processing
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and delivering high-quality results
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will also possess:

  • Green Belt certification or similar training
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
