Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Director to lead our data solutions team. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing complex projects, guiding teams, and delivering high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Databricks, Azure Cloud, and Data Engineering, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Master's degree from a top-tier institution
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in team management and project planning
  • Proven experience in leading data projects and managing stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with AWS and Data Engineering
  • Strong technical skills with a solid understanding of data science, analytics, and AI technologies
  • Functional expertise with the ability to perform business analysis and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
