**Creative Project Lead Role Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Creative Project Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire creative process, from conceptualization to final delivery.

The Creative Project Lead will work closely with the creative team to develop innovative solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. This includes managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative strategies to achieve project goals
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to create visually appealing and engaging content
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide feedback and guidance to junior team members to help them improve their skills

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., graphic design, marketing, communications)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a creative role, preferably as a project lead or manager
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality creative work on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders
