Data Insights Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee and manage our reporting and data-related functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MIS/report development, with hands-on knowledge of data extraction, transformation, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement end-to-end reporting processes, ensuring timely delivery of insights to stakeholders.
- Lead a team of data support analysts responsible for developing and maintaining MIS reports, setting priorities and monitoring SLA adherence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requests, push back on low-value asks, and suggest optimised solutions.
- Manage business-critical support requests outside regular working hours, troubleshooting issues in Python scripts, SQL queries, or dashboards as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in automated reporting and MIS, with proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to fix issues related to data and reports.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with functional leads.
- Prior exposure to tech/data support in odd working hours.
- Strong project management and process optimisation mindset.
