Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled data professional to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will leverage SQL, Python, and Machine Learning to deliver data-driven insights and optimize operations in a Quick Commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage SQL, Python (Pandas, Spark) to transform large-scale data into actionable insights.
  • Conduct Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), build statistical models, and generate business-critical insights.
  • Design and implement end-to-end ML solutions, including demand forecasting and operational optimization.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable analytical solutions.
  • Develop AI systems for autonomous decision-making to enhance operations and customer experience.
  • Partner with Data Engineering teams to design robust, real-time data pipelines ensuring high-quality data availability.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience working with Pandas/Spark or equivalent data technologies.
  • Strong expertise in SQL and spreadsheet-based analysis.
  • Hands-on experience in building and evaluating ML models.
  • Proficiency in data visualization, dashboards, and analytics products.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in demand forecasting within quick commerce, food delivery, or e-grocery domains.
  • Knowledge of supply chain analytics, inventory optimization, and logistics planning.
