About Us

Cross-functional collaboration is a key aspect of this role. The successful candidate will foster strong relationships with stakeholders across Creative, Producer and Project management teams.

Our ideal candidate will have retail digital acumen and understands the final creative experience, brand guidelines and style guides.

The role involves executing category routes validations, site refresh validations, live site validations, promotion validations, functional validations and site placement launch validations.

Data extraction and reporting are also crucial aspects of this job. The candidate will own issue log data and handle basic SQL queries to extract periodic data for reporting.

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential in this role. The candidate will perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive corrective and preventive actions.

The team member will participate in war rooms and hold feedback sessions with stakeholders.

Leveraging QA expertise to uplift site experience is a key objective of this role.

We are looking for a candidate with a graduation in Engineering equivalent and relevant experience.

A minimum of 2 years of E-commerce experience in Digital creative content Quality assurance is required.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in validating creative pages components across mobile, tablet and desktop.

Experience in working on creative issues bug tracking tools such as JIRA or BugZilla is necessary.

An eye for detail, experience in RCA and knowledge in structured problem-solving are must-have skills.

Exceptional communication skills are required for this role.

Flexibility to work in different time zones and adaptability to new business requirements are essential.

Bonus points if you have basic process automation skills to enable process efficiency gains.
