We are seeking a talented Lead Analog Circuit Architect to join our team. In this role, you will lead and support the development of Mixed-Signal IP from conception through post-tapeout phase.

This includes lab testing, customer bring-up, and debug. You will be responsible for lab testing, customer bring-up, and debug of Mixed-Signal IP. Additionally, you will integrate 3rd party analog IP vendors into products and architect CMOS analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits.

  • You will interface with internal business units on IP support and technical topics.
  • You will lead analog design developments and work with 3rd party analog IP vendors for integration into products.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's Degree or PhD in Analog, Mixed-Signal or RF IC design (strongly preferred). You should also have at least 15 years of industry experience in mixed-signal CMOS circuit design.

  • Experience leading/managing an analog team is a prerequisite.
  • Experience with high-speed SERDES/Clocking circuits is an asset.
  • Knowledge of layout issues is necessary.
  • Experience with circuit simulators (HSPICE, Spectre, etc) is required.
  • Experience with Cadence Design Environment is an asset.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to quickly ramp on new projects is critical.
Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include ownership of circuit and system specifications, architecting CMOS analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits, and communication with internal business units on IP support and technical topics.

You will also be responsible for leadership and management of analog design teams.
