Job Title: Analog Circuit Design ArchitectLocation: Bangalore, KarnatakaJob Description: We are seeking an experienced Analog Circuit Design Architect to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in CMOS SerDes or high-speed I/O IC design and development.

The candidate should possess a thorough understanding of jitter and signal equalization techniques and have proficient design experience in most of the following SerDes circuit blocks: Driver, Receiver, Serializer, Deserializer, Phase Interpolator, Low jitter PLL, High Speed Clock Distribution, ADC and DAC, Bias and Bandgap, and Voltage Regulators. Responsibilities:Design and develop high-speed I/O ICs and CMOS SerDes circuits.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of designs. Utilize CAD tools for circuit simulation, layout, and physical verification. Conduct lab tests and validate designs at >10Gbps and in.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Qualifications:Minimum of 15 years of experience in CMOS SerDes or high-speed I/O IC design and development.

Working knowledge of common SerDes standards and their electrical requirements is a plus. Thorough understanding of jitter and signal equalization techniques. Proficient in designing SerDes circuit blocks including Driver, Receiver, Serializer, Deserializer, Phase Interpolator, Low jitter PLL, High Speed Clock Distribution, ADC and DAC, Bias and Bandgap, and Voltage Regulators.

Excellent problem-solving skills, analog aptitude, good communication skills, and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment. Proficiency in using CAD tools for circuit simulation, layout, and physical verification. Experience with Cadence tools, lab tests, and design at >10Gbps and in.

MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering (EE).
