Job Title: Implementation Expert

Overview:

This role focuses on individual clients and implementing solutions based upon their unique needs. As the primary technical resource, you will interface with client's technical resources to ensure seamless integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an implementation plan in collaboration with the client.
  • Work closely with the Implementation Architect/Technical Project Manager to formulate the architecture and operational plan.
  • Install, upgrade and configure products at client sites.
  • Integrate products with other software assets/processes at customer sites.

Required Skills:

  • 9+ years' experience in EDI and US Healthcare domain.
  • Understanding of Application Integration/ Enterprise Application Integration.
  • Working experience on middleware tools or messaging engines.
  • Good understanding of message formats like XML, STX, EDI, EDIFACT, ISO, ACORD, HL7, IHE etc.
  • Familiarity with Oracle and/or SQL Server as database from an application perspective.
  • Experience in technical requirements documents, process flow diagrams, and deployment and user operations guides.
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills required.
