Job Description:

  • We are seeking a seasoned data engineering leader to drive our organization's data strategy and vision.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing data platforms, pipelines, and architecture.
  • This role requires a strong understanding of complex enterprise IT landscapes, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data platforms, pipelines, and architecture
  • Drive the data strategy and vision for the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
  • Partner with key stakeholders to deliver innovative technology solutions
  • Manage and lead a team of resources to achieve sprint/milestones

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of IT experience with a focus on data, analytics, and data science
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, big data, and cloud technologies
  • Proven skills and experience in platform/data engineering in a highly qualified technical function and global matrix organization
  • Practical experience and expertise in utilizing AWS services such as Databricks, Automation, Integration, DevOps, and other related technologies
  • Proficiency in code management tools, CI/CD, and automated testing
